Why is my order late? (Local courier – less than 7 days)

There are several reasons why an order might be late including incorrect address or contact details provided. To quickly resolve any delay you can check your email for the shipping confirmation which will have all the tracking information you need to find out where your order is. You can contact the courier directly. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us.
