Can I cancel my order? (10-15 working days)

For a special order item* with future shipping days (*SHIPS IN OVER 7 DAYS) of over 7 working days; normal cancellations are not accepted. However, forced cancellations will incur a 15% restocking charge. This is because the product has already been shipped, most likely by an overseas supplier and it’s already on its way to South Africa.
